The rate is for 2 people, each additional person add $50.00 per week

Pets okay with owner's pre-authorized approval. $125.00
non-refundable pet fee per stay.
 
* Cap on electricity of $75 for the monthly rental

 Deposit

Deposit of 50% required at time of booking plus the $300 security damage
deposit. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations forfeit deposit and 50% of refundable damage deposit. Extenuating circumstances may waive the latter (has to be verified)-death of a loved won, loss of job.
 
Payment
Wire Transfer, PayPal, Visa, or Master Card in addition to a 4% fee on Visa or Master Card and PayPal.

Refund

To receive full refund the home must be clean, no damages to property or items inside or outside of home, as well as no missing items. All used products must also be replaced to receive full refund. Refund will be mailed 35-45 days after departure.
